Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Diese Position vereint analytische Stärke mit praxisnaher Umsetzung: Qualitätsabweichungen und Hemmnisse aus der Projektpraxis werden identifiziert, ausgewertet und in nachhaltige Verbesserungsmaßnahmen überführt. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitungen, Fachplanern und externen Partnern entstehen technische Standards und optimierte Prozesse - eine verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe für alle, die komplexe Zusammenhänge verstehen und aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung beitragen möchten.

Meine Aufgaben:

• Analyse von Qualitätsabweichungen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen,
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Mängelbehebung inkl. Wirksamkeitskontrolle,
• Weitergabe von Praxisfeedback und Mitwirkung an technischen Standards,
• Aufbau und Pflege strukturierter Feedbackprozesse zwischen Praxis und Regelwerken,
• Organisation von Austauschformaten (z. B. Lessons Learned, Qualitätszirkel),
• Anwendung von Qualitätsmanagement-Methoden zur Ursachenanalyse und KPI-Nachhaltung.

Meine Kompetenzen: 

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder Studium (Elektrotechnik, Bautechnik, Maschinenbau) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation,
• Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement,
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP und Datenbankanwendungen,
• Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise,
• Sehr gute Deutsch- C1 und gute Englischkenntnisse (min. B1),
• Führerschein Klasse B. 

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

• Zusatzqualifikation (Meister, Techniker, Fachwirt) oder Master/Diplomabschluss,
• Erfahrung in Prozessmodellierung und KPI-Management,
• Kenntnisse in Normung und technischen Regelwerken,
• Erfahrung in der Organisation von Austauschformaten,
• Anwendung von Methoden wie Ursachenanalyse und Wirksamkeitskontrolle.
