Your impact on tomorrow’s critical infrastructures
Are you ready to grow in a future-oriented sector while further developing your technical and strategic skills?
Join our team as an Asset Manager Substations and actively contribute to the management of high-voltage infrastructures that are essential to tomorrow’s energy systems.
You will become part of a dynamic team where you will develop in-depth expertise in asset management and contribute to high-impact projects supporting the energy transition.
Your role at the heart of the performance and resilience of our assets
Developing your technical expertise
You will develop in-depth expertise in the management of high-voltage assets, as well as related electrical and mechanical infrastructures and utilities. You will learn how to manage our equipment (transformers, GIS, AIS, etc.) throughout its entire lifecycle.
Collaborating with numerous stakeholders
You will work closely with various teams (engineering, maintenance, environment, etc.) to ensure the sustainability, safety and optimal performance of our systems.
Contributing to analysis and optimisation
You will contribute to defining maintenance strategies and optimising the performance of our assets by implementing concrete solutions aimed at preventing obsolescence and failures.
Participating in innovation and continuous improvement
You will contribute to the development of new policies and methods by using modern tools such as the “Health Index” to monitor the condition of our equipment.
Strengthening the resilience of our infrastructures
You will actively contribute to integrating resilience into the management of our assets by identifying vulnerabilities to different types of threats (equipment and network incidents, environmental hazards or intentional acts), assessing their potential impacts and implementing measures aimed at strengthening our infrastructures’ ability to withstand, adapt to and recover quickly from disruptions.
Combining field exposure with strategic vision
In addition to technical analyses, you will also have the opportunity to go on-site to gain a concrete understanding of how policies are applied and to propose pragmatic improvements.
