Join our team as a Junior Asset Manager Substations! You'll be part of a dynamic group where you'll learn how to manage critical high-voltage (HV) infrastructure, vital to powering the energy systems of tomorrow.
What you’ll do:
- Continuous learning: Develop in-depth expertise in HV asset management, learning how to handle our equipment (transformers, GIS, AIS, etc.) throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various teams (engineering, maintenance, environmental) to ensure our systems are sustainable, safe, and performing at their best.
- Analysis & optimization: Help define maintenance strategies and optimize the performance of our assets by implementing practical solutions to avoid obsolescence and failures.
- Innovation & continuous improvement: Play a role in creating new policies and methods, using modern tools like the "Health Index" to monitor the condition of our equipment.
- Fieldwork & strategy: Beyond technical analysis, you'll get the chance to visit the field to see how policies are applied in practice and propose actionable improvements.
What we’re looking for:
- Degree: You have an engineering degree (in electrical, electronic, or electromechanical fields), and while you may not yet have HV systems experience, we’ll provide all the support you need to gain it.
- Language skills: You’re fluent in French, Dutch, and English (or willing to improve your basic language skills)
- Curiosity & autonomy: You’re proactive, curious, and enjoy taking initiative to complete in a autonomous way your projects.
- Team player: You work well in teams and have great communication skills.
- Results-oriented: You’re pragmatic and solution-focused, with the ability to think long-term and develop concepts.
