As a Business Analyst Human Resources, you will play a key role in driving HR process optimisation and digital transformation across an international environment. You act as a link between HR and IT, continuously focusing on user needs and supporting the rollout of effective, reliable, and user-friendly HR applications. You will collaborate with colleagues across different countries and cultures, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes through agile working methods.
Function Description
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to analyze, describe, and validate business requirements for process improvements and digital transformation.
- Model business processes and information, using established methodologies (such as BPMN and UML).
- Independently manage new requirements within the Product Team, translating needs into business and technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Provide second-line support for HR core systems (primarily SAP SuccessFactors and payroll).
- Advise the product owner and challenge stakeholders on functional specifications to ensure optimal IT solutions.
- Validate technical specifications and participate actively in solution design and review.
- Prepare, organize, and lead workshops and training sessions for internal stakeholders.
- Design test scenarios, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and advocate for quality delivery.
- Identify system issues, analyze root causes, and propose effective solutions for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-border product teams and stakeholders in Belgium and Germany to manage ongoing system development and maintenance.
Your Profile
- Holds a university master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a business analyst in HR processes and digitalisation projects.
- Solid experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Skilled in designing user stories, defining and executing test scenarios, and managing user acceptance testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to see the bigger picture and take initiative.
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with users and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in BPMN, UML, and functional documentation.
- Bilingual in Dutch (NL) and French (FR), with strong command of English (written and oral); knowledge of German is an asset.
- Eager to learn, solutions-oriented, and innovative, with the flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
