Your Role
As a Communication assistant , you’ll be the key support for our Internal & Digital Communication and Events team. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly from planning to execution, working closely with colleagues in a dynamic environment.
What will you do?
- Support the team with administrative and organisational tasks: booking meetings and travel, managing our info mailbox.
- Coordinate invoicing and keep everything well organised.
- Assist in organising internal events, including those focused on diversity and inclusion: arranging venues and catering, following up on logistics, and preparing communication materials.
- Manage photo and video assets and organise shoots. Ensure proper storage and availability of content.
- Publish simple updates on the intranet and support the editorial and digital communication teams.
- Proofread communications and design digital posters. Follow up on small communication projects with external partners (e.g., printing, layout).
- Order and manage gadgets and branding materials.Ensure smooth archiving and management of materials.
Your Profile
- You hold a bachelor’s or associate degree, preferably in communication.
- You have some experience in a support role (internships count too).
- You speak Dutch or French fluently and have a basic knowledge of English.
- You are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and a true team player.
- You are communicative, proactive, and love organising.
- You are solution-oriented and detail-focused.
- You are comfortable with MS Office and quick to learn new tools like SAP or graphic tools such as Adobe Suite or Canva.
- You have an interest in digital trends and new communication technologies.
