Function

During this internship, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support to the Assets Offshore team in data analysis and assist in the research development of remote monitoring technology. Specifically, your duties will be as follows: 

 

- You will support in monitoring and maintaining network and system security.

- You will assist in identifying and resolving security issues.

- You will help implement and manage security tools and software.

- You support in performing security audits and tests.

- You contribute to developing and updating security policies and procedures.

- You participate in security trainings and workshops.

- You assist in responding to security incidents.

- You will assist in documenting security issues and resolution.

Your Profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with the following profile: 

- Bachelor student of Electromechanics or energy technology.

- Knowledge of network security and system security is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with programming and knowledge of operating systems may also be useful but is not a must.

- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles, security protocols and encryption techniques.

- Excellent command of Dutch. Knowledge of French and English is a plus.

- A proactive attitude with good communication skills and working as part of a team

- In possession of a driving licence B.

Offer

Period and Duration 

The period of the internship will take place from February to June 2025, with a duration of minimum 8 weeks and maximum 12 weeks where you are expected to work 5 days a week.
