Function
As Designer Coordinator Low Voltage for the Southwest region, you are responsible for a team of internal and external designers.
You coach and manage your team to ensure that project studies meet the required quality standards and are delivered within the agreed deadlines.
This role primarily includes the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordination role in planning for the team:

- Overseeing the planning of ongoing and future studies within the team and ensuring compliance with agreed timelines.
- Analysing the overall planning and, where necessary, adapting it in terms of both resources and deadlines.
- Evaluating each team member’s workload fairly and equitably.

- Being accountable for the quality of the team’s completed studies.
- Providing technical and organizational guidance to the team:

- Organizing knowledge transfer within the team.
- Monitoring the training path of team members (both technical and soft skills).

- Acting as the direct manager of the team members and, in this context, being responsible for applying the Performance Management system (objective setting, job dates, evaluations, etc.).
- Preparing files for external partners: defining the scope of work, performing checks and evaluations, and discussing results with the external partners.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or upper secondary education diploma in electricity or electromechanics, or equivalent through experience.
- Excellent command of Dutch or French. A good knowledge of the other national language is essential (spoken and written).
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar sector.
- Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills.
- A good communicator: assertive, customer-oriented, a team player, and highly creative.
- Knowledge of CAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, …).
