Make an impact on strategic technical challenges within Elia’s transmission network
As an Expert Asset Performance Analysis (APA), you will develop in-depth expertise in the field of Electromagnetic Fields (EMF) to support the many technical challenges encountered across the transmission network.
You will play a key role as a reference expert and support partner for project engineers and the environmental team involved in overhead line and cable projects.
Beyond EMF, you will also actively contribute to Power Quality (PQ) analyses and the study of transient phenomena within the transmission network. You will help ensure the proper operation and further development of the equipment, tools and processes that support power quality analysis and the integration of new technologies into the grid.
You will work in a cross-functional position with high added value, combining technical expertise, innovation, collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders and the continuous development of Asset Management methodologies within Elia.
You will work closely with a colleague to cover all activities related to EMF, PQ and transient phenomena. Each of you will have a primary area of expertise while acting as a back-up across the different activities. Your main area of expertise will be EMF.
In addition, you will actively contribute to the development and implementation of new approaches that support and enhance Asset Management within Elia.
