Function
The ASP department forms part of the IT Infrastructure, Datacom and Security (IT IDS) department, and provides cross-functional support services for all of the IT departments.
As IT Stock & Logistics Officer within the Asset, Stock & Purchase (ASP) department, you will perform a role that combines administrative and technical responsibilities within a team of nine people and in direct collaboration with our Senior Stock Manipulator.
You will be responsible for the operational management of IT equipment stock (60%) – from registration to delivery to the various internal sites – as well as for optimising and automating processes (40%).
Stock Management (60%)
- Daily management of IT stock (registration, tracking, multi-site distribution).
- Supply chain coordination: receiving, storing, preparing and delivering equipment (PCs, monitors, peripherals) with a focus on sustainable and automated solutions.
- Full equipment traceability via a reliable database and real-time dashboards.
- Optimising orders in SAP on the basis of stock thresholds and forecast requirements.
- Collaborating with IT teams, Helpdesk and business units to ensure an optimal user experience.
- Contributing to sustainability projects and equipment reuse initiatives.
Process Optimisation (40%)
- Analysing administrative IT processes and identifying optimisation levers, in particular using the IVANTI tool.
- Designing and implementing automation solutions (RPA, advanced analytics, AI) to improve efficiency and traceability.
- Training and supporting teams on new tools/processes.
- Monitoring the performance of automated solutions and ensuring continuous improvement.
Your Profile
- You have a bachelor’s degree or a minimum of three years' experience in logistics, stock management or technical equipment.
- You have an analytical mind, demonstrate rigour, and pay close attention to detail.
- You have an approach focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
- You are autonomous, have a strong team spirit, and have the ability to bring people together around cross-functional projects.
- You have a keen interest in emerging technologies (automation, AI, IoT).
- You are capable of safely lifting and transporting IT equipment.
- You are fluent in English AND French or Dutch with good knowledge of the other national language (FR or NL).
