Implementation Manager Grid Codes & Regulated Contracts
Function
The Contracts and Regulations Team in the Customers Department acts as a linchpin between Elia and the authorities and regulators. It groups, prioritises and analyses all of Elia's ambitions and challenges that have an impact on the regulatory framework. With this in mind, the team is the contact point for a number of internal experts and services and ensures that the various departments have a good understanding of the legal and regulatory frameworks.
The team is also responsible for regulated connection and access contracts; after intensive consultations with regulators and market parties, the team ensures that both types of contracts are in compliance with applicable regulations.
As Implementation Manager Grid Codes & Regulated Contracts, you will participate in exchanges between Elia, market parties and, where necessary, Belgian institutions. Besides this, you will closely monitor developments in various cross-disciplinary files while also actively contributing to these files. - You develop an action plan and determine how Elia's ambitions can be integrated into the legal and regulatory framework as efficiently as possible;
- You form a link between the projects that the various Elia departments are working on and guarantee that Elia communicates coherently with the authorities.
