What You Will Do
- Coordinate with content writers for the update/removal of documentation and information.
- Clean up existing documentation on Pulse OneSAP+ pages, Pulse department pages, and SharePoint.
- Remove duplicate information and keep a single source of truth.
- Archive old data.
- Manage access across different channels and tools.
- Document management: ensure a single source with the latest version of files and make sure other presentations link to it.
- Set up and execute governance around document management and channels/tools.
- Ensure adherence to guidelines and check for duplicate information and correct references.
- Integrate stakeholder lists and create a process to keep this list up to date.
- Generate ideas for presenting different metrics on a dashboard by checking with stakeholders about their needs.
- Analyze initial survey results, visualize them, summarize, and define actions to address low scores.
- Move SharePoint to the new MS Teams: communicate about changes, help clean up, and migrate files.
- Write articles for the OneSAP+ cluster, request translations, and review outputs.
- Support in writing manuals and procedures, such as for customer satisfaction surveys and other repetitive tasks.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Communication, Office Management, IT, or a related field.
- Fluent in one of the two national languages (Dutch or French) and a good understanding of English.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and customer orientation.
- Strong motivation to learn and develop expertise in your field.
