Function

 

As an internee in our HR Department, you will help us with our day-to-day administration and event-coordination activities. You will have a wide range of tasks, including:

 

  • admin tasks: helping with administrative tasks in the HR Department;
  • scheduling interviews and first contact with candidates;
  • mailbox follow-up: managing and following up incoming e-mails and communication;
  • external-partner follow-up: helping with communication and collaboration with external partners;
  • Participation at jobfairs;
  • preparing mailings: creating effective e-mail and post mailings for various HR initiatives.

Your Profile

 

  • is proactive and takes the initiative to complete tasks efficiently and effectively;
  • is eager to learn and willing to gain new skills and knowledge;
  • is very flexible because the position can also include participation in exhibitions;
  • is preferably studying for a Bachelor’s degree programme in HR, Sales, Office Management or a similar field;
  • is not frightened of Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
  • speaks fluent Dutch and is happy to communicate in French and English too;
  • is available for a two-three month internship (February - June or October - December), which will enable you to gain a proper insight into our projects and how we work.
