Function
As part of the System Data Integration (SDI) team, you will play a supporting role in modelling and integrating new decentralized energy sources such as solar panels, wind turbines, and combined heat and power units into the Belgian transmission grid. - Determining the optimal modelling of each generator according to established standards.
- Assigning generators (and their connections) to the correct layers in the substation visualization.
- Designing virtual switches to allow operators to easily switch between information layers.
- Maintaining an up-to-date Excel overview of the visibility of each substation. These tasks are carried out under supervision of the SDI integration engineer, and in close cooperation with the EMS team.
