At Elia, we are looking for a motivated intern to support our Talent Acquisition team.
This internship is open year round, with flexible start dates and durations, and can be tailored to your profile, interests and learning objectives.
Depending on your background and ambitions, the internship can focus on different areas such as campus recruitment & events, hands on recruitment support, employer branding, or talent acquisition projects. You will gain practical experience and actively contribute to ensuring our recruitment activities run smoothly and professionally.
What will you do?
As an intern, you will be a key support within the Talent Acquisition team. The exact mix of responsibilities will be flexibly defined together, based on your interests and strengths. Possible areas include:
Campus recruitment & events
• Assist with the organisation and practical execution of job fairs, campus events and school visits
• Make sure everything is perfectly arranged (registrations, logistics, materials, catering, badges, etc.)
• Be present at events and provide hands-on support when needed
• Coordinate with internal colleagues and ambassadors
Employer branding & campaigns
• Support employer branding initiatives and campaigns
• Help prepare content and communication materials
• Contribute to creative ideas that showcase Elia as an attractive employer
Projects & Strategy
• Support strategic talent acquisition projects
• Help analyse recruitment data and processes and translate insights into improvements
• Support project coordination, planning, and follow-up
• Work on ad-hoc projects depending om team priorities and your interests
Recruitment & administrative support
• Support various recruitment activities and projects
• Assist with CV screenings and phone screenings
• Bring structure to documents, data and processes
• Ensure smooth and efficient behind-the-scenes organisation
Your Profile
• You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student, ideally in HR, communication, psychology, event management or a similar field
• You are hands-on, proactive and take ownership
• You enjoy organising and handling practical tasks
• You can work independently but are also a strong team player
• You are dynamic, flexible and switch easily between tasks
• You have strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
• You communicate clearly and are service oriented
• You speak Dutch or French, with a good command of English
• You are comfortable working with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot,...)
