Function

At Elia, we are looking for a motivated intern with an interest to strengthen our Talent Acquisition team. This internship is open year-round, with flexible start dates and durations, and is tailored to your profile, interests and learning objectives.

This role is ideal if you enjoy working on projects, analysing processes and contributing to improvements with real impact.

 

As an intern Talent Acquisition projects & strategy, you will actively support our Talent Acquisition team on a project and process level:

 

  • Support strategic Talent Acquisition projects
  • Help analyse recruitment data and processes and translate insights into concrete improvements
  • Support project coordination, planning and follow-up
  • Work on ad-hoc projects depending on team priorities and your interests

Your Profile

  • You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student, ideally in HR, Psychology, business, ...
  • You are hands-on, proactive and take ownership
  • You have an analytical mindset and enjoy working in a structured way
  • You enjoy improving processes and working on project-based assignments
  • You can work independently but are also a strong team player
  • You are dynamic, flexible, and switch easily between tasks
  • You speak Dutch or French, with a good command of English
  • You are comfortable working with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot, …)
