Your impact at Elia
Every day, a fleet of 1,600 vehicles, comprising 1,050 leased cars and 550 utility vehicles, as well as various mobility solutions, enables our employees to carry out their duties both in the field and at the office.
Thanks to your attention to detail, organisational skills and customer focus, you will contribute in particular to:
- ensuring that requests relating to company cars and mobility solutions are followed up efficiently;
- providing high-quality service to our employees;
- structuring and improving processes and procedures;
- ensuring the quality of data and reporting;
- supporting the development of our mobility services.
Your role
In this administrative and operational role, you will handle the day-to-day follow-up of requests relating to:
- the fleet of 1,600 vehicles, comprising 1,050 leased cars and 550 utility vehicles;
- the mobility budget;
- all aspects of Elia employees' commuting arrangements (bicycles, public transport, etc.);
- the associated processes and procedures.
You will be one of the points of contact for employees who have questions about their company car or the various mobility solutions offered by Elia.
More specifically, you will:
- review and process requests received in the team's mailbox;
- analyse and structure requests and follow them through to completion;
- contact the employees or partners concerned to understand the situation and propose an appropriate solution;
- ensure that users receive a clear and comprehensive response;
- handle the administrative follow-up of cases relating to vehicles and the mobility budget;
- manage questions, problems or complaints professionally and with a customer-focused approach;
- keep operational data up to date and contribute to the various reports;
- identify recurring requests or situations that require procedures to be clarified;
- refer matters to your manager when a process needs to be adapted or improved;
- contribute ideas to make the team's way of working more structured, efficient and consistent.
Your Profile
Above all, we are looking for someone who is motivated, meticulous and eager to learn.
Do you recognise yourself in the following:
- you hold a bachelor's degree, ideally in administration, secretarial studies, human resources or a comparable field;
- you are a recent graduate or have some initial professional experience;
- you have a genuine interest in mobility, vehicles and new mobility solutions;
- you enjoy administrative tasks and carry them out carefully and accurately;
- you work in a structured manner and maintain a clear overview of ongoing requests and cases;
- you enjoy organising information, establishing procedures and contributing to clearer and more efficient ways of working;
- you are customer-focused and committed to providing users with high-quality responses;
- you communicate easily and do not hesitate to pick up the phone to understand a request or resolve a situation;
- you show initiative and are keen to make a genuine contribution to the team;
- you can work independently while involving your manager when the situation requires it;
- your native language is French or Dutch and you have a good command of the other language;
- you are proficient in MS Office tools. Knowledge of SAP is an asset, but is not required.
