Function

 

The project support team is responsible for providing administrative and technical support to project managers, project leaders, and the Portfolio Management team. The Project Support team also contributes to optimizing and standardizing processes and data quality!
Optimal data quality, offering training on tools and processes, actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives, managing KPIs, and communicating about project progress and issues are key.

 

As a Quality Assistant, your main tasks are:

 

  • Ensuring that the data quality of SAP information is always top-notch for our projects.
  • Delivering interactive training on the use of our SAP tools within the infrastructure department.
  • Keeping everyone up-to-date with the latest process information and updating existing procedures for OPA (operational project assistant) tasks.
  • Actively participating in innovative pilot projects for ‘Continuous Improvement’ and assisting in developing new processes and adjusting cost management tools.
  • Bringing KPIs to life by analyzing them, keeping them up-to-date, and sharing the information linked to TR projects.
  • Identifying IT bugs and ensuring a smooth follow-up of tickets related to SAP tools for project monitoring.

Your Profile

 

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Preferably, you have several years of experience in a support role
  • You possess strong analytical skills and a sufficiently critical mindset.
  • You have an interest in using IT applications and possess knowledge of SAP
  • You are familiar with tools for purchasing/budget creation/...
  • You can communicate assertively, in a structured manner, and with empathy
  • You have a good written and oral knowledge of one of the national languages; basic knowledge of the other national language is useful

  • Elia shares: Elia will give you the opportunity to subscribe to shares with a discount of 16.66% on the average share price
