Your role

• As Operational Safety & Quality Insight Lead, you play a key role in strengthening the organization’s Safety and Quality performance by turning data into actionable insights.
• You design, develop, and continuously improve data-driven monitoring systems and dashboards to support both operational execution and strategic decision-making.
• You act as the link between data, business, and leadership, ensuring that critical Safety & Quality priorities are translated into clear, reliable, and high-impact performance indicators.

Your responsibilities

• As Operational Safety & Quality Insight Lead, you develop and structure the Safety & Quality insight framework by defining a data strategy aligned with SQI priorities, establishing robust reporting governance, and identifying the key KPIs linked to safety performance and quality outcomes. You also define clear performance monitoring roadmaps for both the short and long term.
• You design and manage dashboards tailored to both operational teams and management, ensuring clear, reliable, and actionable insights aligned with business priorities, while continuously improving the visualization and usability of reporting tools.
• You analyze data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps, investigate the root causes of safety or quality issues, and translate complex data into clear insights and fact-based recommendations to support decision-making and performance reviews.
• You foster data-driven decision-making by working closely with SQI teams, operational stakeholders, and support functions, capturing business needs and translating them into relevant analytical solutions while promoting a strong data-driven culture.
• You ensure data quality and integrity by monitoring data across systems, implementing validation mechanisms, defining standards, and driving the continuous improvement of data reliability.
• Finally, you support tool and capability development by acting as a key user of reporting solutions, facilitating user adoption, identifying automation opportunities, and contributing to the evolution of the SQI data ecosystem.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or performance monitoring
• Proven experience with BI tools (Power BI, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights
• Good understanding of operational processes
• Experience in Safety and/or Quality is a strong asset
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
• Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented
