As an Quality Business Partner – Operations & Projects , you will play a key role in strengthening the quality culture within operational teams. You will directly contribute to the continuous improvement of activities while supporting field teams and management in integrating quality into daily operations.
This position will allow you to have a visible and concrete impact across operations while developing a broad understanding of technical, organisational and human challenges.

Your responsibilities
As an Quality Business Partner – Operations & Projects , your responsibilities will include:
- driving and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with operational realities;
- coordinating quality reviews, assessment campaigns and evaluations to maintain a clear view of operational quality maturity;
- monitoring non-conformities and improvement action plans from identification through closure;
- analysing field feedback, performance indicators and other inputs to identify trends, risks and improvement areas;
- translating operational findings into concrete improvement initiatives and supporting teams during implementation;
- strengthening communication and engagement around quality through various communication channels and exchanges;
- advising and supporting technical experts and managers on quality-related topics;
- collaborating closely with several internal departments (Infrastructure, Purchasing, Health & Safety, Environment, Business Analysis, etc.);
- contributing to or leading cross-functional projects related to quality, digitalisation or process improvement.
Your Profile
- You hold a Master’s degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering, or have equivalent experience.
- You have experience implementing or improving a Quality Management System.
- Experience in maintenance activities and/or industrial installations is considered a strong asset.
- You enjoy combining field exposure, continuous improvement and project management.
- You feel comfortable in environments requiring coordination, communication and change management.
- You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- You can interact effectively with both operational teams and different management levels.
- You know how to convince, unite stakeholders and facilitate improvement initiatives.
- You have strong written communication skills and are proficient in MS Office.
- You are fluent in French and Dutch and have a good command of English.
