As a Quality Improvement Coordinator – Operations & Projects, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of operational activities. Working closely with field teams, technical experts and various internal departments, you will support the deployment of quality best practices and help identify concrete improvement opportunities.

Your impact
In this role, you contribute to the development and improvement of quality practices within operational teams.
With the support of colleagues and domain experts, you will contribute to :
- integrating quality best practices into operational activities ;
- identifying improvement opportunities in the field ;
- analysing field feedback and performance indicators ;
- implementing continuous improvement initiatives ;
- following up on actions aimed at improving operational quality ;
- strengthening collaboration between the different teams involved.

Your responsibilities
As a Quality Improvement Coordinator – Operations & Projects, your responsibilities will include :
- contributing to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) and supporting its deployment within operational activities ;
- participating in the organisation and follow-up of quality reviews, evaluation campaigns and assessments ;
- monitoring non-conformities and improvement actions until closure ;
- analysing field feedback, performance indicators and operational feedback to identify improvement opportunities ;
- translating operational observations into concrete improvement actions and supporting teams in their implementation ;
- contributing to communication and awareness initiatives related to quality topics ;
- supporting technical experts and managers in the application of quality processes and best practices ;
- collaborating closely with several internal departments (Infrastructure, Purchasing, Health & Safety, Environment, Business Analysis, etc.) ;
- contributing to transversal projects related to quality, digitalisation or process improvement.
Your Profile
- You hold a degree in civil or industrial engineering, or equivalent experience.
- You have an initial professional experience (approximately 1 to 5 years) in a technical, industrial, operational or continuous improvement environment.
- A first experience in quality, continuous improvement, process management or project management is considered an asset.
- Experience in maintenance activities and/or industrial installations is a plus.
- You enjoy combining field exposure, analysis and continuous improvement.
- You are comfortable working in environments requiring coordination, communication and collaboration.
- You have strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- You enjoy interacting with different stakeholders and building trust-based relationships.
- You are curious, proactive and motivated to learn in a complex technical environment.
- You have good writing skills and are proficient in MS Office tools.
- You are fluent in French and Dutch and have a good command of English.
