Your role in the performance and resilience of our assets
Develop your technical expertise and asset management excellence
You will build extensive expertise in managing high-voltage assets and their associated utility systems (electrical and mechanical). You will ensure optimal lifecycle management by balancing performance, costs and risks.
Strengthen the resilience of our critical infrastructure
You will play a key role in integrating resilience into the management of our assets.
In this role, you will:
- identify vulnerabilities to various types of threats (equipment failures, network incidents, environmental hazards and intentional acts);
- assess the impact on business continuity and critical functions;
- implement resilience strategies, including mitigation plans, redundancy, critical spare parts management and recovery scenarios;
- contribute to the development of crisis scenarios and recovery actions;
- support the continuous improvement of resilience practices throughout the entire asset lifecycle.
Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
You will work closely with teams across engineering, maintenance, environment and other departments to ensure an integrated approach to the sustainability, safety and performance of our assets.
Optimise performance and reliability
You will contribute to defining maintenance and investment strategies based on performance, reliability and risk analyses.
You will also implement practical solutions to prevent asset obsolescence, reduce failures and improve the availability of our installations.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement
You will contribute to the development of new policies, methodologies and tools (such as the Health Index and performance or resilience indicators) to enhance decision-making and long-term asset management.
Combine field experience with strategic thinking
Alongside your technical analyses, you will regularly visit operational sites to understand how policies are implemented in practice and identify pragmatic opportunities for improvement.
What you bring to the team
- You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Electromechanics).
- Experience in high-voltage infrastructure is an asset but not essential—we will support you in developing this expertise.
- Experience in maintenance and/or reliability engineering is a plus.
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English, or willing to further develop your language skills.
- You are curious, proactive and enjoy taking initiative.
- You can work autonomously while valuing teamwork.
- You have strong communication skills.
- You are pragmatic and solution-oriented, with the ability to think strategically, develop a long-term vision and translate it into sustainable improvements.
