Function
As the Elia Social Media Manager, you are responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that support the company's mission and objectives. You manage and strengthen Elia's online presence via effective content creation, community engagement and reputation management. You work closely with various internal teams, including Employer Branding, Communications and Sustainability, to ensure that Elia's social media initiatives are aligned with its overarching business strategies.

- Regularly reporting on social media performance, highlighting successes and recommending improvements;
- Planning and executing social media campaigns in order to strengthen the Employer Brand;
- Working with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader initiatives;
- Engaging in crisis management to minimise potential reputational risks.
Your Profile
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communication, digital media or a related field;
- Demonstrable experience (a minimum of three years) in a similar role, preferably in the energy sector or a related industry;
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including best practices for content creation, community management and analytics;
- Excellent communication skills and a creative eye for developing engaging social media content, including content creation and storytelling;
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, to measure and improve social media performance;
- A proven track record in social media advertising to achieve objectives;
- Community management skills to encourage engagement and interaction;
- The ability to conduct effective crisis management and conflict resolution to minimise reputational risks.
