In this changing context, we are looking for a professional who can anticipate these evolutions and contribute to ensuring a reliable, affordable and sustainable electricity system.

 

As a Strategic Project Manager within the Grid Vision team, you will guide, facilitate, contribute to and coordinate with ambition and passion the definition of the 2- to 10-year trajectory of the Grid Solutions department, in close collaboration with senior business leaders and the division director. You will play a key role in the transformation of the Belgian electricity system.

Your key responsibilities

 

  • You guide, actively contribute to and support the definition of the future vision of the Grid Vision division. You facilitate the co-creation of a long-term strategy for Grid Solutions and prepare, facilitate and consolidate content discussions with different teams to collectively shape the evolution of the division’s activities.
  • You lead and coordinate strategic business projects within Grid Solutions in collaboration with senior management and the division director (such as the business plan), act as a spokesperson for transversal strategic initiatives, and work with business leaders and their teams on optimizing processes, ways of working, tools and organization to support the delivery of our growing investment program.
  • You develop and strengthen your expertise in Grid Solutions to become a key point of contact for certain processes within this domain.
  • You lead and coordinate transversal transformation programs within Grid Solutions (Guardians of the Grid, Productization, Wave2…).
  • You strengthen internal and external collaboration. You align visions across departments, participate in European working groups and build strategic partnerships with various stakeholders.

Your Profile

 

  • Master’s degree (Civil Engineering, Business Engineering or Economics)
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience (project management is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of FR, NL and EN or willingness to learn
  • Ability to conceptualize, convince, align and drive projects forward
  • Experience in infrastructure projects and Asset Management is a plus
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and stakeholder management
  • Analytical mindset, structured approach and excellent communication skills
