Function
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Elia, you will play a central role in attracting and selecting potential talent for a rapidly growing company. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and also have an active role in strategic projects linked to the Talent Acquisition Department.
You will use your expertise to advise hiring managers, build strong partnerships and ensure that Elia’s recruitment approach is efficient and future‑proof.
What’s in it for you?

- You will be responsible for writing and publishing vacancy advertisements, scheduling and conducting interviews and analysing and preparing salary proposals;

- You will play an active role in various projects and help achieve the continuous improvement of our department.
What are we looking for?
- A Master's degree (HR, Psychology or Business Administration) or equivalent experience;
- Demonstrable experience in technical recruitment; experience in the energy sector or a similar technical environment would be an advantage;
- Strong expertise in sourcing, selection, interview techniques and process optimisation;
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to negotiate, persuade and build relationships;
- Project experience or demonstrable affinity with project-based work (structuring, planning, follow-up and reporting);
- A results-oriented, proactive and independent mindset;
- Fluent in Dutch and French.
