Become Our New Team Lead Asset Data Operations (ADO)

If so, this role is perfect for you! As Team Lead Asset Data Operations, you will play a crucial role in managing master data and geospatial information related to our high- and low-voltage equipment.
You will lead a dynamic team that makes a significant impact within Elia, ensuring top-quality data that serves as the backbone of our operations.
What does the role involve?
- Daily operations:
- You ensure timely and high-quality processing of operational master data processes.
- You communicate proactively with internal clients and, together with your team, define SLOs and SLAs to maintain data quality.
- Expertise:
- You act as the main point of contact for questions regarding the processes and data managed by your team.
- Project support:
- You leverage your expertise and that of your team to support strategic projects and key programs.
- Change management:
- You guide your team through major transformations, such as implementing new systems (e.g., GIS) and integrating new data streams (e.g., customer connectivity).
- Team development:
- You coach and motivate your team members to further develop their skills, helping them grow into a self-steering and proactive team.
- Recurring reporting:
- You ensure the timely delivery of critical reports, such as network length calculations, NGI maps, and other operational reports.
Your Profile
- You hold a master’s degree in a technical field (preferably IT or data-oriented).
- You have at least 2 years of experience in people management within an operational environment. - You communicate effectively with both managers and experts.
- You are driven to deepen your knowledge in data governance, data analysis, and data science.
- You are eager to build a foundational understanding of high-voltage electrical systems.
- You have a pragmatic, hands-on mindset combined with strong analytical skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Experience in the energy sector or knowledge of electrical systems is a plus but not a requirement.
