Become a Key Player in the Energy Transition at Elia Group!

 

Your Role:

  • Develop Innovative Procurement Strategies: Utilize your market knowledge to develop strategies for projects and manage the entire procurement process, from market publication to project allocation.
  • Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with passionate colleagues and internal experts to align project needs with market conditions.
  • Build Expertise: Deepen your market and technical knowledge within your category and collaborate with a multifunctional team to identify improvements and opportunities.
  • Lead Critical Projects: Take the lead in establishing tender procedures for key projects.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Project Follow-up: Manage projects from a commercial and contractual standpoint, including negotiating additional costs and ensuring contractual terms.
  • Supplier Relationships: Build strong relationships with suppliers to achieve our energy transition goals, in close collaboration with the Supplier Manager.
  • International Collaboration: Work with your counterpart at 50Hertz in Berlin to share insights and exchange knowledge.
  • Contract Negotiations: Use your market and category knowledge to negotiate contract terms.

Your Profile

 

  • Education: Master's degree in a technical or commercial field, or a technical and economic background through experience.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, team-oriented, analytical, strong communicator, persuasive, and critical.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English.

 

Plus Points:

  • Experience in Procurement
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or Ariba
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Proficient with MS Office and/or PowerBI

  • Salary: a competitive salary package, allowance for representation expenses, year-end bonus, double vacation pay, meal vouchers (€8 per working day), eco-vouchers, sport & culture vouchers, bonuses based on individual and group results.
