Function
The IT Portfolio & Project Manager ensures that complete, reliable, and actionable IT portfolio information is available to enable high-quality reporting and decision-making across Group and Local entities.
Beyond transparency, the role actively contributes to delivery performance by identifying cross-project dependencies, resolving unclear integration points, and driving alignment across IT domains to reduce the risk of non-delivery.
Operating in close partnership with Group Controlling (GC), you will ensure that the IT reality behind portfolio reporting is accurate, coherent, and fully understood.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure reliable and up-to-date portfolio data across IT projects
- Align and validate inputs from different IT teams and resolve inconsistencies, missing information, structural reporting gaps
- Support portfolio reporting for leadership (EXCO (Executive Committee), ...) with clear insights, context and delivery status
- Identify and manage dependencies between projects, programs and entities
- Detect and address integration gaps and unclear responsibilities
- Anticipate delivery risks and engage stakeholders to mitigate them
- Ensure alignment between business priorities and IT roadmaps
- Provide visibility on demand, prioritization, and trade-offs
- Challenge inconsistencies and support better decision-making across the portfolio
- Facilitate collaboration across teams to improve overall delivery performance
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in IT, Economics or engineering, or equivalent through experience
- Strong analytical skills, able to identify patterns, dependencies, and risks across projects
- Experience in IT project, program, or portfolio management
- Ability to work across multiple teams and domains (IT, business, finance)
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with both senior leadership and delivery teams
- Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex situations
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, French and/or German is a plus

Location
