Internship - System Data Integration Support

Function

As a System Data Integration Support intern, you will contribute to the modelling and integration of new generation units within the Energy Management System (EMS). Your tasks include:

  • Creating and integrating new generators into the DE400 GED and related forms for existing Belgian substations.
  • Determining the most appropriate representation in line with established standards.
  • Assigning generators and their connections to the correct layers within substation diagrams.
  • Creating virtual buttons that allow operators to switch between information layers.
  • Maintaining an Excel follow-up file to monitor substation visibility.

Your Profile

  • You are studying electricity and/or IT (secondary education, bachelor or master).
  • You have basic knowledge of electricity and an interest in IT systems.
  • You work accurately and in a structured manner.
  • You communicate clearly and enjoy working in a team.
  • Languages:
    • Fluent in Dutch or French.
    • Good understanding of English.

  • Security clearance (NCC): Required
