Function

At Elia, we are looking for an enthusiastic intern with a passion for events, communication and employer branding to support our Talent Acquisition team.
This internship is open year-round, with flexible start dates and durations, and can be tailored to your profile and interests.

This role is perfect for students who like being hands-on, creative and active in a people-oriented environment.

 

As an intern in our talent acquisition team, you will be closely involved in how Elia presents itself to candidates:

 

  • Assist with the organisation and practical execution of job fairs, campus events and school visits
  • Ensure everything is perfectly arranged (registrations, logistics, materials, catering, badges, etc.)
  • Be present at events and provide hands-on support when needed
  • Coordinate with internal colleagues and ambassadors
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campaigns
  • Help prepare content and communication materials
  • Contribute to creative ideas to showcase Elia as an attractive employer

Your Profile

  • You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student, ideally in HR, communication, event management, ...
  • You are hands-on, sociable and well organised
  • You enjoy planning, coordinating and being present at events
  • You have an eye for detail and strong organisational skills
  • You are proactive and take ownership
  • You communicate clearly and professionally
  • You are flexible and enjoy variety in your tasks
  • You speak Dutch or French, with a good command of English
  • You are comfortable with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Copilot…)
