In this role, you play a central part in the administrative management and quality control of technical documentation essential to energy infrastructure projects.
You work closely with engineering offices, as-built designers and technical teams to ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of technical data.
Your role
Team coordination and operational support
- You coordinate a bilingual administrative team (FR/NL) spread across different sites;
- You support and guide team members in their daily activities;
- You organize the work in order to efficiently meet the expectations of internal stakeholders;
- You encourage collaboration and ensure the quality of delivered results.
Management of technical plans and quality control
- You oversee the complete process related to technical plans and as-built documentation;
- You ensure the quality and compliance of documents;
- You identify possible errors and ensure the necessary corrections are made;
- You contribute to the import, migration and quality control of plans in ProjectWise, our technical plans database.
Process improvement and user support
- You suggest improvements to further optimize processes and working methods;
- You support ProjectWise users and provide assistance where needed;
- You ensure consistency between the digital database and paper documentation;
- You organize regular inspections together with the team across different high-voltage substations.
Your profile
- You have an affinity with technical documentation, infrastructure projects or a technical environment;
- You have initial experience in team coordination or are motivated to grow in this area;
- You work in a structured, accurate and solution-oriented way;
- You enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders;
- You are bilingual Dutch/French and willing to further develop your English skills;
- You are willing to travel regularly between different sites in Belgium.

- You are willing to travel once a week to the various Elia sites (Merksem (Vaartkaai 2, 2170 Antwerpen), Créalys (Rue Phocas Lejeune 23, 5032 Gembloux), Schaerbeek/Monnoyer).
