Women at 50Hertz - More representation and participation as major goal

Facing the challenges of the energy transition, we want to significantly expand the pool of applicants and thus also the proportion of women in the workforce. A first step is the use of female job titles, which 50Hertz consistently uses in job advertisements. This shows that we want more applications from women, especially for our technical positions. The goal is more diversity in the composition of the workforce, in which the male share clearly predominates today (approx. 75 %).
