Ich bin Asset-Eigentümer*in für Freileitungsmasten und gebe die strategische Ausrichtung des Assetbestands sowie entsprechende Grundsätze und Vorgaben für Neubau- und Instandhaltungsprojekte vor.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit vielen Jahren aktiv für die Energiewende. Im Team Asset Management Freileitung habe ich die Möglichkeit, unmittelbar dazu beizutragen, innovative technische Lösungen im Höchstspannungsnetz umzusetzen. Gleichzeitig bietet mir dieses Umfeld die Chance, mein Know-how zu technischen Entwicklungen rund um den Freileitungsmast im Austausch mit Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich zu erweitern.

Meine Aufgaben:

• Verantwortung für das ganzheitliche Asset Management von Freileitungsmasten entlang ihres gesamten Lebenszyklus, 
• Aktive Ausgestaltung der Asset-Owner-Rolle mit dem Ziel, Standards effizient und zukunftsorientiert (weiter-) zu entwickeln,
• Eigenständige Vorbereitung von Rahmenverträgen und fachliche Führung in technischen Verhandlungen, 
• Technologische Festlegung und Weiterentwicklung (u.a. Erarbeitung der Asset-Fleet-Strategien, Erarbeitung der Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Erneuerungsstrategien und Konzeption des Kabelsystems), 
• Erstellung von technischen Richtlinien und Mitarbeit in nationalen und internationalen Gremien.

Meine Kompetenzen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen,
• Berufserfahrung im tätigkeitsrelevanten Umfeld,
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie die Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären Arbeit,
• Strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln,
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2). 

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Tragwerksplanung oder Stahlbau,
• Fundierte Grundkenntnisse im Stahlbau,
• Materialkenntnisse in den Bereichen Stahl und/oder Beton,
• Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Prüfung oder Produktion von Stahlerzeugnissen.
