Ich möchte die Energiewende wirksam mitgestalten und trage zu einer nachhaltigen Weiterentwicklung der 50Hertz bei.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Hier unterstütze ich die Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Umweltmanagementsystems sowie die ständige Verbesserung unserer Umweltleistung. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Umweltschutz- und Managementbeauftragten erarbeite, implementiere und überwache ich einheitliche Unternehmensprozesse.

Meine Aufgaben

• Ich unterstütze bei der Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Umweltmanagementsystems nach ISO 14001 als Teil des integrierten HSEE Managementsystems,
• Ich plane und führe interne sowie externe Audits durch,
• Ich dokumentiere die umweltbezogene Leistung und erstelle interne sowie externe Berichte,
• Ich entwickle, implementiere und überwache einheitliche Standardprozesse im Umweltschutz,
• Ich führe Schulungen durch und unterstütze bei Unterweisungen,
• Ich berate unternehmensweit zu umweltrelevanten Fragestellungen.

Meine Kompetenzen 

• Abgeschlossenes Studium einer naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung oder vergleichbar,
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umweltmanagement und Normung nach ISO 14001,
• Erfahrungen bei der Durchführung von Audits,
• Umfangreiches Wissen über umweltrechtliche Anforderungen,
• Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit, Verlässlichkeit, Organisations- und Teamfähigkeit,
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office,
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift.

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil

• Qualifikation als Umweltmanagementbeauftragte oder Umweltschutzbeauftragte,
• Kenntnisse in SAP und Zedal,
• Erfahrungen in der Energiewirtschaft.
