Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Als Group Capex Controlling Manager*in stelle ich eine effektive, gruppenweite Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Investitionsbudgets (CAPEX) durch Entwicklung, Harmonisierung und Konsolidierung von Prozessen, Standards und KPIs sicher. In der Rolle trage ich zum Erreichen der strategischen Unternehmensziele und finanziellen Transparenz der gesamten Elia Group bei. Ich bin zentraler Ansprechpartner für das Group Management für Fragen und Analysen zur konsolidierten Portfolioplanung und zum Status der großen Investitionsprojekte der Gruppe. Dabei berichte ich direkt an den Head of Group Controlling.

 

Meine Aufgaben

  • Konsolidierung der lokalen CAPEX-Budgets, -Planungen und Forecasts zu einer transparenten, gruppenweiten Sicht auf das Gesamtportfolio und die Top- Investitionsprogramme der Gruppe,
  • Regelmäßiges Perfomance-Reporting an das Group Management und relevante Stakeholder mit Analysen und Bewertungen von Risiken, Chancen sowie Abweichungen,
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von gruppenweiten Prozessen, Standards und Tools für CAPEX-Planung, -Controlling und -Reporting in enger Abstimmung mit allen Gruppen-Gesellschaften,
  • Weiterentwicklung der gruppenweiten Governance für Portfolioplanung und Investitions-entscheidungen; Aufsetzen und inhaltliche Ausgestaltung eines gruppenweiten Investment Committees,
  • Durchführung tiefergehender Analysen, Erstellung von Szenarien und Risikobewertungen für Investitionen und strategische Entscheidungen der Gruppe,
  • Leitung von bzw. aktive Mitarbeit in Initiativen zur Förderung des gruppenweiten Austauschs und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung im Portfoliomanagement, Controlling und Projektmanagement,
  • Unterstützung gruppenweiter Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprojekte im Controlling.
     


Meine Kompetenzen

  • Ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und strategische Fähigkeiten im internationalen Konzernumfeld,
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im (Group-)Controlling, CAPEX-Management, Konsolidierung und Financial Planning,
  • Souveränes Auftreten, Überzeugungsstärke und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf allen Hierarchieebenen,
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte, idealerweise mit interdisziplinären und internationalen Teams,
  • Kompetenz im Umgang mit Konzern-IT-Systemen (SAP, Konsolidierungstools, Reporting-Systemen),
  • Lösungsorientierung, Eigeninitiative und Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und mehrere Projekte parallel zu managen,
  • Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch (C1).
