In this role, I contribute to the further development of software solution products and act as a specialist for communication tools.

Both our strong business growth and the internal digital transformation are challenging and require clear communication of topics and content to internal and external stakeholders via appropriate tools. In this context, I will play an important role as a specialist within an interdisciplinary product team and towards other internal stakeholders within the company and accompany an important transformation process with regard to our communication tools.


My tasks:

  • Define the functional and technical requirements for software solutions with a focus on internal/external corporate communication,
  • Independent configuration of applications to meet customer requirements,
  • Coordinating the implementation of customer requirements in existing solutions/applications,
  • Independently initiating and participating in further developments and improvements to the software supported by the product team,
  • Ensuring the operation and maintenance of the applications together with the product team,
  • Competent consulting of internal and external users with different knowledge levels on best practices,
  • Supporting the product owner with licenses. 


My profile:

  • University degree in business informatics, computer science, as a software developer or in a comparable field,
  • Proven experience in the planning, development, operation and further development of applications or software systems (standard or customized software),
  • Knowledge in the support and further development of content management systems such as SiteCore, DotNetNuke, Unily or similar,
  • Experience in IT provider management and IT operations management / IT application management as well as knowledge of ITIL-based service management is an advantage - but not a must, 
  • Willingness to work according to the agile methodology,
  • Strong communication and consulting skills,
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, including abroad, 
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (C1).
