Ich leiste First- und Second-Level Support und trage damit einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Bearbeitung und Lösung von IT-Problemen sowie -Anfragen bei.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Als wichtige Ansprechperson stehe ich den Kolleg*innen der 50Hertz Transmission GmbH bei IT-Fragen und -Problemen zur Seite und bin das Gesicht des IT-Helpdesks für alle Standorte. Dabei leiste ich einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur weiteren Professionalisierung des IT-Supports und stelle einen verlässlichen Service sicher.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von First- und Second-Level-Supportanfragen, einschließlich Annahme, Priorisierung und Klassifizierung über Telefon und Ticketsystem,
- Proaktive Nachverfolgung von Störungen mit dem Ziel einer schnellen und nachhaltigen Erstlösung,
- Durchführung fundierter Fehleranalysen sowie lückenlose Dokumentation der Ergebnisse,
- Aktive Mitwirkung in IT-Projekten zur Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Systeme,
- Unterstützung der Anwender*innen durch Remote-Zugriffe inklusive Fernwartung und weiterer digitaler Supportmaßnahmen.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. B. als Fachinformatiker*in für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation,
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen und in der Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen,
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Administration und Nutzung von Windows-Betriebssystemen, MS Office 365, vernetzten PC-Umgebungen, Apple-Produkten sowie Remote-Zugriffslösungen,
- Breites Verständnis für Soft- und Hardwarekomponenten sowie deren Zusammenspiel,
- Hohe Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und zur Einarbeitung in neue Themenfelder,
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsstärke und ein starkes Servicebewusstsein,
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).
