Ich gestalte Revisionsprojekte und berate das Management zu Fragen der IT Governance und der Effektivität und Effizienz operativer Prozesse.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Ich übernehme eine zentrale Rolle bei der Bewertung, Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung der Wirksamkeit des internen Kontrollsystems, der Informationssicherheit und der digitalen Geschäftsprozesse. Meine Ergebnisse gestalten den Erfolg der Energiewende in Deutschland aktiv mit. Ich arbeite auf Augenhöhe mit der Führungsebene und mit zahlreichen Spezialist*innen des Unternehmens. Innerhalb der Elia Group arbeite ich in einem internationalen Team mit erfahrenen Auditor*innen in Berlin und Brüssel.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Risikoorientierte Planung und Durchführung betriebswirtschaftlicher, IT‑ und Compliance-bezogener Prüfungsprojekte,
- Prüfung komplexer IT‑Landschaften, einschließlich Netzleit‑ und OT‑Systeme, markt- und abrechnungsrelevanter Plattformen, Cloud‑Infrastrukturen und Cybersecurity‑Kontrollen,
- Prüfungskoordination, fachlicher Austausch und Qualitätssicherung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Co-Auditor*innen sowie mit Revisor*innen der belgischen Muttergesellschaft,
- Entwicklung praxisnaher Empfehlungen für das Management mit Blick auf resiliente, regulatorisch robuste und effiziente Unternehmensprozesse und IT‑Strukturen,
- Diskussion der Prüfungsergebnisse und Unterstützung des verantwortlichen Managements bei der Ableitung von strategischen und operativen Maßnahmen,
- Erstellung präziser und adressatenorientierter Ergebnisberichte in englischer Sprache,
- Weiterentwicklung der IT‑Audit‑Ansätze und Datenanalyseverfahren der Revisionsfunktion.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder VWL (u. ä.),
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Prüfung von Informationstechnik und Informationssicherheit,
- Analytisches Denken, proaktive Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke,
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher (C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Zertifizierung als CIA oder CISA,
- Erfahrung im Bereich Energiewirtschaft,
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP.
