Hier übernehme ich eine zentrale Rolle in Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb der Service-Landschaft von 50Hertz. 


Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Als Java Spezialist*in bin ich Teil einer unternehmensweiten Taskforce bei 50Hertz. In dieser Rolle arbeite ich an der Internetplattform Regelleistung – einer übergreifenden Plattform der vier deutschen Übertragungsnetzbetreiber. Ich entwickle Software und übernehme gleichzeitig Verantwortung für stabile, sichere und zuverlässig betreibbare IT-Services, die einen zentralen Beitrag zur Systemsicherheit im deutschen Stromnetz leisten. 

 
Meine Aufgaben: 

  • Mitarbeit in einem funktionsübergreifenden Scrum‑Team mit Entwicklerinnen (Backend, Full‑Stack, UX/UI) und Architektinnen, 
  • Entwicklung und Wartung eines verteilten Systems aus React-Web-Apps und Java Spring Boot Services, 
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Komponentenbibliotheken in TypeScript/React zur Unterstützung der Frontend-Entwicklung, 
  • Mitarbeit entlang des gesamten Service Lifecycles (Design, Build, Run), 
  • Übernahme von Entwicklungs-, Support- und Betriebsaufgaben für Service-Applikationen, 
  • Analyse, Behebung und nachhaltige Prävention von Produktions- und Stabilitätsproblemen, 
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Service- und Betriebsstrukturen sowie Unterstützung von Release- und Betriebsprozessen, 
  • Sicherstellung von Codequalität, Sicherheit, Dokumentation und Best Practices sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Betrieb, Architektur, Product Ownern und weiteren Stakeholdern. 

 
Meine Kompetenzen: 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, 
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der professionellen Softwareentwicklung mit TypeScript- und JavaScript-Frameworks und -Bibliotheken (z.B. React, Angular, Vue), 
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Wartung von Java-Services (z.B. Spring Boot, Spring Cloud) und Datenbanken (z.B. Postgre    SQL), 
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung redundanter, hochverfügbarer Anwendungen sowie in Microservice, API-zentrierten Systemdesigns und der Containerisierung von Anwendungen (z. B. Docker, Kubernetes), 
  • Erfahrung im Betrieb von Anwendungen (z. B. DevOps, Application Support, SRE), 
  • Kenntnisse moderner Entwicklungsprozesse (CI/CD, Versionierung, automatisierte Tests), 
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, 
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (min. C1) sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. B2–C1). 


Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil: 

  • Erfahrungen mit Entwicklungen in cloud-native Umgebungen, 
  • Kenntnisse in energiewirtschaftlichen Prozessen (z. B. Regelleistungsumfeld wie FCR/aFRR/mFRR), 
  • Erfahrungen mit regulatorisch geprägten IT-Systemen, 
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban).
