Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Du gestaltest die Aus- und Weiterbildung im Netzbetrieb bei 50Hertz - eigenverantwortlich und direkt im Fachbereich, nicht im zentralen HR. Als alleinige Ansprechperson entwickelst du praxisnahe Schulungsformate, identifizierst frühzeitig relevante Kompetenzbedarfe und bringst Menschen und Wissen zusammen. Gemeinsam mit technischen Spezialist*innen und operativen Teams schaffst du Lernangebote, die nachhaltig wirken und echten Mehrwert bieten.

 

Meine Aufgaben

  • Analyse von Qualifizierungsbedarfen im Netzbetrieb und Entwicklung passgenauer Lernkonzepte,
  • Strategische Planung technischer Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen,
  • Organisation, Konzeption und Begleitung praxisorientierter Schulungen,
  • Unterstützung interner Wissensträger*innen bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Schulungsangeboten,
  • Koordination regionaler Ausbildungsverantwortlicher und gemeinsame Entwicklung praxisnaher Inhalte,
  • Teilnahme und Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Job- und Ausbildungsmessen.

 

Meine Kompetenzen 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftspsychologie, Bildungswissenschaften, Erziehungswissenschaften, Pädagogik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation,
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Learning & Development, Weiterbildung oder Personalentwicklung,
  • Interesse an technischen Themen, insbesondere Hochspannungstechnik,
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2),
  • Führerschein Klasse B.
