Du unterstützt unser Team im On- & Offboarding, Health & Safety, SAP und Reporting – organisiert, eigenständig und nah am Tagesgeschäft mit vielfältigen Einblicken.


Deine Aufgaben: 

  • Du wickelst das formale On,- und Offboarding von Dienstleistern ab,
  • Du verantwortest die Administration unseres Health & Safety Unterweisungstools SAM,
  • Du unterstützt uns bei der Erstellung technischer und organisatorischer Dokumente,
  • Du hilfst dem Team bei der Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen in SAP,
  • Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Berichten, Auswertungen und Präsentationen mit,
  • Du unterstützt bei tagesaktuellen Aufgaben.


Wir stellen uns vor, dass du...

  • dein fortgeschrittenes Bachelor- oder Master-Studium engagiert verfolgst  (Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieur, Wirtschaftsrecht oder Management), 
     
    Wichtig: Dein genaues Studienfach ist für uns nicht entscheidend. Dein Interesse an kaufmännischen und rechtlichen Zusammenhängen, sowie an unserem Unternehmen ist für uns stattdessen relevant, und dass du folgende Eigenschaften mitbringst:
     
  • Organisationstalent und Freude, gemeinsam im Team etwas zu erreichen,
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit,
  • Gewisse Zahlen- und IT-Affinität,
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift.

Erste Vorkenntnisse in SAP sind kein Muss, machen deine Bewerbung aber zusätzlich interessant für uns.
