Hier entwickle und steuere ich unser Corporate Performance Management Produkt, um eine transparente, datengestützte Planung und Prognose bei 50Hertz zu ermöglichen.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich stark für die Energiewende. Mit dem CPM-Team gestalte ich, wie wir unsere Infrastrukturprojekte planen und steuern. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen aus unserem Produktcluster, den Infrastrukturbereichen und der IT entwickle ich kontinuierlich meine Fähigkeiten weiter, während ich Lösungen entwerfe, die die Unternehmenssteuerung datengetriebener, transparenter und zukunftsorientierter machen.
Meine Aufgaben
- Definition der Vision und Strategie für unser Corporate Performance Management Produkt,
- Übersetzung von Geschäftsbedarfen in eine klare, priorisierte Produktroadmap und Backlog,
- Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen, Business Analysts, Software Develops und Scrum Mastern bei der Gestaltung von Anforderungen,
- Sicherstellung hochwertiger Produktinkremente und Koordination von Releases,
- Ich fördere die agile Zusammenarbeit im Team und stärke ein gemeinsames Produktverständnis.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossener Studiengang mit Fachrichtung BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder vergleichbar,
- Umfangreiche Senior-PO- / Produktmanagement-Erfahrung (10+ Jahre), z. B. in der Leitung komplexer SaaS-, Mobile- oder Enterprise-Digitalprodukte,
- Tiefgehende Expertise in Agile, Scrum & Kanban,
- Erfahrung in Prozessen wie Planung, Forecasting, Reporting oder datengetriebenen Produkten,
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Stakeholder-Management über Business & IT hinweg (inkl. C-Level-Interaktion, internationale bereichsübergreifende Abstimmung, Change Management, kundenorientierte Führung),
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch C1; Englisch B2.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in Produktmanagement-Tools (JIRA, Confluence),
- Sprachkenntnisse in Französisch oder Niederländisch.
