Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Bei 50Hertz arbeite ich als SAP HR Consultant in einem festen HR+ Produktteam, treibe die Weiterentwicklung einer hochmodernen SAP-HR-Landschaft voran und gestalte gemeinsam mit Elia die HR-Systeme eines europäischen Übertragungsnetzbetreibers - mit direktem Beitrag zur Energiewende.


Meine Aufgaben:

  • Technische Verantwortung für SAP HCM (PA, OM) in S/4HANA,
  • Customizing & technische Umsetzung neuer HR-Lösungen,
  • Beratung des Product Teams zu optimalen technischen Lösungen,
  • Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in technische & funktionale Spezifikationen,
  • End-to-End-Begleitung von Implementierungen (Analyse, Design, Test, Go-live),
  • Weiterentwicklung von Fiori-Apps (Standard & Custom),
  • Gestaltung und Wartung von Schnittstellen zu SAP- und Non-SAP-Systemen (inkl. SuccessFactors),
  • Durchführung von Workshops mit HR & IT Stakeholdern,
  • Second-Level-Support & Systemmonitoring,
  • Pflege der technischen Dokumentation,
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im SAP Chapter (Wissensaustausch & persönliche Weiterentwicklung).


Meine Kompetenzen: 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, BWL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, 
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als SAP HR Consultant (HCM PA & OM), 
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis, inkl. Code-Reading & Debugging,
  • Erfahrung in S/4HANA und Fiori-First-Architekturen, 
  • Agiles Mindset & Erfahrung im Produktbetrieb, 
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) & Englischkenntnisse (C1).


Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

  • Kenntnisse in PY / PT, 
  • Erfahrung mit SuccessFactors (EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning), 
  • SAP–SAP- und SAP–Cloud-Integrationen, 
  • Erfahrung mit SAP (Public/Private) Cloud, 
  • Reisebereitschaft für Dienstreisen nach Belgien.
