Meine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung qualitativer und quantitativer UX-Forschung zur Identifikation von Nutzerbedürfnissen, Pain Points und Nutzungskontexten,
  • Planung und Moderation von UX-Workshops (z. B. Co-Creation, Ideation, Usability-Tests) mit Stakeholdern aus Business, IT und Endnutzer*innen,
  • Erstellung von Personas, User Journeys, Experience Maps und Storyboards,
  • Entwicklung von Wireframes, User Flows und interaktiven Prototypen,
  • Strategische Abstimmung von UX-Aktivitäten mit unseren Produktteams und Unternehmenszielen,
  • Präsentation von UX-Konzepten und Forschungsergebnissen gegenüber Stakeholdern,
  • Mentoring und fachliche Anleitung von UX-Kolleg*innen,
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung im UX Chapter und im Produktteam (z. B. Feedback-Sessions, Wissensaustausch).


Meine Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Computer Science, Informatik mit Spezialisierung auf UX, Industrial- oder Produktdesign oder vergleichbare Qualifikation,
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der UX-Forschung, idealerweise auch in strategischen Rollen,
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Figma, Miro, PowerPoint und optional Condens,
  • Kenntnisse in Informationsarchitektur und Interaktionsdesign,
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ausgeprägte Empathie für Nutzer*innen,
  • Strategisches Denkvermögen und Fähigkeit, komplexe Informationen zu synthetisieren,
  • Teamplayer mit Erfahrung in interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit,
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (B2-C1) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1).
     

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Energie- und/oder Versorgungssektor.
