Ich definiere Informationsanforderungen, Standards und Governance für den gesamten Asset-Lifecycle. 


Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Die Energiewende braucht verlässliche und langfristig nutzbare Informationen über den gesamten Asset-Lifecycle. In meiner Rolle baue ich bei 50Hertz ein unternehmensweites Framework für Asset-Information-Management auf und schaffe die Grundlage für konsistente Informationsanforderungen, Governance-Strukturen und zukunftsfähige digitale Assets. Ich gestalte strategische Rahmenbedingungen, Governance-Strukturen und Informationsanforderungen für ein unternehmensweites Asset Information Management. Dabei verbinde ich die Projektwelt, das Engineering, die IT und das Asset Management und treibe die digitale Weiterentwicklung von BIM (Building Information Modeling) bei 50Hertz aktiv voran. 


Meine Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung eines BIM- und Asset-Information-Management-Frameworks für 50Hertz,
  • Definition von Asset Information Requirements (AIR), Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) und Governance-Prinzipien,
  • Aufbau einer organisationsweiten BIM-Governance und eines interdisziplinären Stakeholder-Netzwerks,
  • Gestaltung von Informationsflüssen zwischen Projektabwicklung, Engineering, Dokumentation und Betrieb,
  • Identifikation von Synergien zwischen BIM, GIS, Asset-Dokumentation, Engineering-Systemen und weiteren Digitalisierungsinitiativen,  
  • Entwicklung von Roadmaps für Asset Information Models (AIM) und zukünftige Digital-Twin-Fähigkeiten,
  • Vertretung von 50Hertz in externen Fachgremien, Brancheninitiativen und Arbeitsgruppen (z. B. ENTSO-E, ESAM oder buildingSMART),  
  • Abstimmung von Anforderungen an Systeme, Datenstrukturen und Informationsstandards mit Fachbereichen und IT,
  • Aufbau von Kompetenzen und Best Practices für informationsgetriebenes Asset Management. 


Meine Kompetenzen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung,
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: BIM, Informationsmanagement, Engineering Data Management, GIS, Asset Management oder vergleichbaren technische Daten- und Governance-Disziplinen,
  • Verständnis von Informationsmanagement über den gesamten Asset Lifecycle hinweg,  
  • Erfahrung mit BIM-Standards und Informationsmanagementmethoden, insbesondere ISO 19650,
  • Nachweisbare Fähigkeit, fachbereichsübergreifende Initiativen zu entwickeln und voranzutreiben,  
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern,  
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (jeweils C1).


Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

  • Erfahrung im Energiesektor, in Infrastrukturunternehmen oder im Asset Management technischer Anlagen,  
  • Erfahrung mit Common-Data-Environments (CDE) und digitalen Übergabeprozessen,  
  • Kenntnisse zu Asset-Information-Models (AIM), Digital Twins oder Asset-Data-Governance,
  • BIM-Zertifizierungen oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen.
