Ich bin die zentrale Ansprechperson für das Elia Group Top-Management für eine effektive Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Investitionsbudgets (CAPEX) der Elia Group. 


Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Die Elia Group, bestehend aus 50Hertz in Deutschland und Elia Transmission in Belgien, treibt die Energiewende mit massiven Investitionsprojekten in Europa voran. Als Strategic CAPEX Planning & Controlling Manager*in gestalte ich federführend die gruppenweiten Portfolioplanungs- und Controlling-Prozesse mit dem Ziel der Standardisierung und gruppenweiten Transparenz. Ich leiste damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Erreichung der strategischen Unternehmensziele der Elia Group. Als geschätzte Ansprechperson bin ich stets auskunftsfähig zur Portfolioplanung und Status der Top-Investitionsprojekte der Gruppe. In der neuen Rolle berichte ich an den Head of Group Controlling und arbeite in einem internationalen Team mit Standort Berlin und Brüssel.

 

Meine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau und Koordination einer gruppenweiten "Community of Practice" aus Capex Portfoliomanagement und Projektcontrolling der Elia Group Gesellschaften,
  • Initiierung und Leitung von Initiativen zur Verbesserung von Methoden im Capex-Portfoliomanagement und -Controlling,
  • Weiterentwicklung der gruppenweiten Governance für Portfolioplanung und Investitionsentscheidungen; inhaltliches Ausgestalten und Durchführen des neu 
    geschaffenen Group Investment Committees, 
  • Konsolidierung der CAPEX-Budgets, -Planungen und Forecasts zu einer transparenten, gruppenweiten Sicht auf das Gesamtportfolio und die Top-Investitionsprogramme der Gruppe
  • Regelmäßiges Perfomance-Reporting an das Group Management, insbesondere Group CEO & CFO, mit Analysen und Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Unterstützung gruppenweiter Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprojekte im Controlling.

 

Mein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Fachbereich Controlling, Finance, Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar,
  • Fundierte langjährige Erfahrung im (Group-)Controlling, CAPEX-Management, Portfoliomanagement für große Investitionsprogramme,
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte, idealerweise mit interdisziplinären und internationalen Teams,
  • Kompetenz im Umgang mit einschlägigen Konzern-IT-Systemen (SAP, Konsolidierungstools, Reporting-Systemen),
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Reisen, v.a. nach Brüssel,
  • Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch (C1).
