Ich entwickle langfristige Einkaufsstrategien zur Entwicklung meiner Warengruppen und verantworte die dazugehörige Beschaffung.

Meine Aufgaben:

• Ich entwickle kontinuierlich langfristige Warengruppenstrategien und sorge für deren konsequente Umsetzung, 
• Ich betreue (auf der Beschaffungsseite) den gesamten Life Cycle meiner Warengruppen - von der Ausschreibung, über die Verhandlung bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss, 
• Ich beschaffe im Onshore-Bereich Dienstleistungen wie bspw. Umwelt- und Genehmigungsplanungen und PMO-Leistungen (Project Management Office), 
• Ich führe Ausschreibungsverfahren nach EU-Vergaberecht und SektVO durch, 
• Ich führe Vertragsverhandlungen in englischer sowie deutscher Sprache, 
• Ich habe die CAPEX-Kosten immer im Blick, 
• Ich stimme mich stetig mit den Projektbeteiligten bzw. Anforderern ab, um Bedarfe zu ermitteln, 
• Ich stehe im stetigen Kontakt mit den von mir betreuten Lieferanten und baue gleichzeitig neue Kontakte auf.

Meine Kompetenzen:

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Fachrichtung BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, 
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Praxiserfahrung in den Tätigkeiten einer strategischen Einkäufer*in, 
• Erfahrung mit Ausschreibungen nach SektVO, 
• Praktische Erfahrung in schwierigen Verhandlungen, 
• Souveränes Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, 
• Erfahrung in der Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen oder Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, 
• Fließende Sprachkenntnisse (mind. C1) in deutscher sowie englischer Sprache.
