Ich übernehme die Verantwortung für die durchgehende Automatisierung der On-Prem-Infrastruktur bei 50Hertz.


Das macht den Job für mich interessant: Als Innovationstreiber in der Energiebranche bringt 50Hertz die Integration erneuerbarer Energien voran. Der umfangreiche Netzausbau kann nicht ohne die Bereitstellung von IT-Infrastruktur und Netzwerken realisiert werden. Als Teil eines internationalen IT-Infrastruktur-Teams kann ich dazu einen wesentlichen Beitrag leisten. In meiner Rolle als DevOps Engineer - OnPremise Infrastrukturautomatisierung treibe ich eigenverantwortlich den Wissenstransfer im Kontext der Automatisierungstechnologien voran.


Meine Aufgaben:

  • Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung des GitOps-basierten Infrastrukturansatzes sowie Definition und Umsetzung übergreifender Automatisierungsstandards, Architekturprinzipien und eines einheitlichen Betriebsmodells,
  • Entwicklung, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Optimierung zentraler Automatisierungsplattformen und Frameworks auf Basis von GitLab, Ansible, Automation Platform (AAP), Python und Terraform hinsichtlich Sicherheit, Skalierbarkeit, Stabilität, Verfügbarkeit und Benutzerfreundlichkeit,
  • Beratung, Coaching und operative Unterstützung der Infrastrukturdomänen bei der Einführung automatisierter Betriebsprozesse sowie bei der Entwicklung von Playbooks, Rollen, Modulen und Automatisierungslösungen,
  • Integration von Automatisierungsprozessen in bestehende IT-Service-Management- und Betriebsprozesse,
  • Bewertung neuer Technologien, Methoden und Branchentrends im Bereich Infrastrukturautomatisierung und Platform Engineering,
  • Weiterentwicklung der Automatisierungsstrategie für Virtualisierung, Storage, Betriebssysteme, Active Directory, Citrix und weitere Infrastrukturplattformen,
  • Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Behebung komplexer Störungen innerhalb der Automatisierungsplattformen im Rahmen des 3rd-Level-Supports.


Meine Kompetenzen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, bspw. als System Engineer oder Systemadministrator,
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Automatisierung komplexer Enterprise-Infrastrukturen sowie im Aufbau und Betrieb zentraler Automatisierungsplattformen,
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Infrastructure-as-Code-, GitOps- und DevOps-Konzepte sowie praktische Erfahrung mit GitLab, Ansible, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), Python und Terraform,
  • Gute Kenntnisse in mehreren Infrastrukturdomänen wie VMware, Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, Citrix oder NetApp,
  • Erfahrung mit API-basierten Integrationen und modernen Infrastruktur-Frameworks,
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Standardisierung und Dokumentation technischer Plattformen und Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung von Security-, Compliance- und Governance-Anforderungen,
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz,
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2/C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1).


Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

  • Einschlägige Zertifizierungen, wie der Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) in DevOps.
