Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 
Als Stromübertragungsnetzbetreiber ist 50Hertz ein elementarer Bestandteil der Energiewende. 
Hierfür plant die Gruppe mit einem Investitionsvolumen von über EUR 20 Milliarden in den nächsten 
Jahren für diverse Offshore- und Onshore-Projekte. Im Bereich Treasury kann ich unmittelbar daran
arbeiten, durch spannende Kredit- und Kapitalmarkttransaktionen an der Projektrealisierung
mitzuwirken. In diesem Umfeld habe ich zugleich die Chance mein Know-how zu großvolumiger 
Unternehmensfinanzierung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich 
weiterzuentwickeln

Meine Aufgaben:

• Erarbeitung von Finanzierungsstrukturen und Evaluierung von Finanzierungsvarianten und -
  instrumenten auf Projekt- und Gruppenebene,
• Strukturierung und durchführung großvolumiger strukturierter Finanzierungstransaktionen,
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kapitalmarkttransaktionen,
• Monitoring der globalen Kapitalmärkte und Erstellung von Analysen in Bezug auf 
  Finanzierungsoptionen,
• Analyse der Investorenstruktur und Vorbereitung sowie Teilnahme an Roadshows,
• Erstellung von Transaktionsempfehlungen an die Bereichsleitung.

Meine Kompetenzen:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit mehrjähriger 
  Berufserfahrung im Bereich Corporate Finance / Treasury / DCM / Strukturierte Finanzierung, 
  entweder bei einem Unternehmen oder im Banken-/Beratungsumfeld,
• Gute Kenntnisse der Funktion und Umsetzung von Kapitalmarktfinanzierungen und/ oder
  anderen Finanzierungsinstrumenten (bspw. strukturierte Kredite, Euro- und 
  Fremdwährungsbonds, Exportfinanzierungen, andere Trade oder Projekt Finance ähnliche 
  Finanzierungsstrukturen),
• Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung von Roadshows,
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten,
• Selbständige zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit,
• Du behältst auch in arbeitsintensiven Phasen den Überblick und liefern verlässliche 
  Ergebnisse – strukturiert, sorgfältig und mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch,
• Sehr gutes Verhandlungsgeschick und ein überzeugendes Auftreten,
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse von MS Office, insbesondere Powerpoint und Excel,
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch (C1 Niveau).
