Ich begleite Veränderungsprozesse bei 50Hertz mit wirkungsvoller Kommunikation und schaffe durch Dialog und Beteiligung die Grundlage für erfolgreiche Mitgestaltung. 

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Die Energiewende verlangt nicht nur technische, sondern auch organisatorische Veränderung. Hier bin ich Teil eines spezialisierten Teams des Fachbereichs Personal und begleite Vorhaben und Teams aus allen Bereichen unseres Unternehmens in Veränderungssituationen. Ich verbinde Change-Kommunikation, Beratung und Beteiligungsformate und trage so dazu bei, dass Veränderungen verständlich, anschlussfähig und wirksam werden. 

Meine Aufgaben 

• Begleiten von Veränderungsvorhaben und Teams in Veränderungssituationen,
• Entwickeln passender Kommunikationspläne und Umsetzen konkreter Kommunikationsmaßnahmen, zum Beispiel Artikel, Präsentationen, Filme und Dialogformate,
• Beraten von Projektverantwortlichen und Stakeholdern zum Vorgehen aus Change-Sicht,
• Konzipieren und Umsetzen geeigneter Change-Maßnahmen,
• Vorbereiten und Moderieren von Dialog-, Beteiligungs- und Change-Formaten. 

Meine Kompetenzen 

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Master, Magister, Diplom, o.Ä. zum Beispiel in Psychologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung,
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Kommunikation, Change-Management oder Organisationsentwicklung,
• Fundierte Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Change-Kommunikation sowie weiterer Change-Maßnahmen,
• Erfahrung in der Moderation von Dialog- und Change-Formaten sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern, 
  Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (min. C1-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift, 
  Erfahrung in der Anwendung KI-gestützter Tools im beruflichen Kontext. 
   

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil 

• Zertifizierte Ausbildung in Change-Management, Coaching oder Organisationsberatung,
• Kenntnisse agiler Vorgehensweisen und Methoden aus eigener Anwendung.
