Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz ist einer der vier Übertragungsnetzbetreiber (ÜNB) in Deutschland. Zusammen mit dem belgischen Stromnetzbetreiber Elia (Brüssel) bilden wir die international tätige Elia Group Wir bauen und betreiben das ostdeutsche Höchstspannungsnetz. Wir befinden uns mitten in einem ambitionierten Investitionsprogramm mit vielen neuen Assets und Technologien. In meiner Rolle als Digitalisierungsmanager helfe ich den Teams, moderne Geoinformationssystem-Lösungen (GIS/BIM) einzuführen und einen digitalisierten und reibungslosen Übergang von Bauprojekten in den Betrieb zu gestalten.   

Meine Aufgaben:

• Abstimmung und Priorisierung von Business-Anforderungen in Bezug zu GIS/BIM aus den Betriebsbereichen mit der IT,
• Mitarbeit (ggf. auch Führung) im Produkt-Team der zentralen ArcGIS-Platform bei 50Hertz,
• Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung der Datenstrategie, Sicherstellen klarer Datenverantwortungen und Etablieren eines Data-Mesh-Konzeptes für Asset-Daten.

Meine Kompetenzen:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar,
• Kenntnisse im Bereich GIS-Plattformen (ArcGIS, ESRI-Komponenten),
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Kundenfokus (Produkt-Erfahrung),
• Strategisches und analytisches Denken – mein Handeln ist immer auf Business Value ausgerichtet,
• Erfahrungen im Bereich der Datenmodellierung von Asset-Komponenten (z. B. CIM-Modelle),
• Kenntnisse von BIM-Komponenten und -Prozessen,
• Ich verfügen über eine hohe technische Affinität, eine Hands-on Mentalität und Englisch bereitet mir im Berufsalltag keine Probleme.
